We're a husband and wife team - Jake and Gemma, and we provide real service to all of our customers. No bureaucracy, just honest, personal and friendly people to speak to.

We share a phone and an email account, so when you contact us you know you'll get a reply from either Jake or Gemma... whoever is quickest to pick up the phone or reply to your email! We try to reply to emails within minutes (basically, as soon as we see them), even out of normal working hours.

We don't assign you a 'personal yearbook adviser' or anything else like that - we're both here to help you all the time :) Generally speaking, we'll both know everything there is to know about your yearbook, so it really doesn't matter who you speak to.

We use MSN Messenger for those who like to contact us that way, and we also use Skype or any other method you'd like to use to contact us. We have webcams if you really need to see us or see us demonstrate yearbooks we've made before in real-time.
